Amanah project to support children with disabilities of martyrs, wounded and missing persons kicks off

Tartus, SANA – Foundation of “Syria is one heart” for development kicked off Tuesday Amanah project in cooperation with the martyrs’ affairs office in the governorate building of Tartous.

The project aims at giving support to the children with disabilities of martyrs’ children, wounded and missing persons.

The project at the first stage presents financial support to 60 children over six months, and the main goal of the project is increasing social solidarity among the citizens and providing support to the martyrs’ children, chairman of Board of Trustees of the foundation Marwan Kenjo said.

Secretary of the Ba’ath Party branch in Tartous Mhanna Mhanna said that the project is a symbol of national unity among Syrian people, and the duty of everyone is to support martyrs’ family.

Safa Makhzoum, on behalf of the martyrs’ families, praised the support offered to the families of the martyrs, the wounded and the missing persons in the province, calling for giving more attention to the people with disabilities to empower them and effectively integrate them in the society.
