Damascus, SANA- Temperatures will continue to rise to become from 2 to 4 degrees above average as the country is affected by a high air pressure accompanied by northwestern air currents in the upper layers of the atmosphere.
Meteorology Department expected in its Monday bulletin that the skies will be clear to partly cloudy in general while the weather will be cold at night, warning of frost and fog in some inland areas.
The wind will be westerly to northwesterly with a low to moderate speed and the sea waves will be low to medium in height.
The expected temperatures in some of the major Syrian cities will be as follows: Damascus 15/4, Daraa 15/4, Homs 13/2, Lattakia 16/9, Aleppo 13/3 and Deir Ezzor 15/5.
