Moscow, SANA- Syria’s Ambassador in Moscow, Riad Haddad, has said that any dialogue to resolve crisis in Syria should be held without preconditions.
Haddad told journalists in the Russian city of Kazan on Friday that any dialogue held in any form, whether in Geneva or anywhere else, must be without preconditions, affirming Syria’s readiness to hold dialogue with everyone within this framework.
The Ambassador indicated that Syrian National Dialogue Congress, which has not yet been set, will be an important turning point in the situation in Syria.
