Damascus, SANA- Temperatures will remain around average as the country is affected by a superficial low air pressure accompanied by western moderate and wet airsteams in the upper layers of the atmosphere.
The Meteorology Department expected in its Thursday bulletin that the skies will be partly cloudy in general; rain showers are expected to develop on various areas across the country, while the weather will be cold at night, particularly in the mountains.
The winds will be changeable to eastern of low to moderate speed and the sea waves will be low in amplitude.
Rain amounts in a number of Syrian provinces during the past 24 hours till 07:00 o’clock this morning according to the rain bulletin issued by the Ministry of Agriculture and Agrarian Reform reached 56mm in Homs, 10 in Hama, 18mm in Tartous and 20 mm in Hasaka.
The expected temperatures in some main Syrian cities are as follows: Damascus 23/12, Daraa 22/12, Homs 21/13, Hama 22/14, Lattakia 26/17, Aleppo 21/11 and Deir Ezzor 24/14.
