Swimmer Firas Maala wins bronze medal at World Masters Championships in Budapest

Budapest, SANA – Syrian swimmer Firas Maalla won the bronze medal for the 3 km race at the 17th FINA World Masters Championships that are being held in Hungary.

Maalla won the bronze medal for the 45-49 years category within 40.40 minutes, while the Italian Swimmer Fabio Scozzoli won the gold medal within a time of 38.41 minutes.

Swimmer Maalla was born in 1971, and he is currently the head of the Swimming Federation and has a great record of achievements at international events.
