Damascus, SANA – President Bashar al-Assad issued on Thursday Law no.25 for the year 2017 on exempting taxpayers of net income tax and its additions of the year 2015 and before from the all overdue interests, fines and penalties if they pay them by 13/12/2017 and exempting taxpayers of consumer spending fee and other taxes and financial fees of the years 2016 and before from overdue interests, fines and penalties if they pay them by 31/12/2017.
