Monday weather forecast: Temperatures above average, skies clear to partly cloudy

Damascus, SANA- The temperatures will remain from 2 to 4 degrees above average as the country is affected by a superficial Indian low pressure accompanied by western air currents in the upper layers of the atmosphere.

The Meteorology Department expected in its Monday bulletin that the weather will be relatively hot and the skies will be partly cloudy while the weather will be misty in the eastern, al-Jazeera and al-Badiya desert areas.

The wind will be westerly to northwesterly with a low to moderate speed and the sea waves will be low in height.

Tomorrow, the temperatures will slightly rise, and they will remain from 2 to 5 degrees above average and the weather will be relatively hot in general while it will be misty in the eastern, al-Jazeera and al-Badiya areas.

The expected temperatures in some of the major Syrian cities will be as follows: Damascus 39/23, Daraa 35/22, Homs 35/22, Lattakia 32/25, Aleppo 39/22 and Deir Ezzor 43/22.
