Syrian Arab Republic delegation holds talks with de Mistura

Geneva, SANA – The Syrian Arab Republic delegation, headed by Dr. Bashar al-Jaafari, on Monday held a session of talks with UN Special Envoy for Syria Staffan de Mistura at the UN HQ in Geneva in the framework of the seventh session of the intra-Syrian dialogue.

So far, the UN hasn’t announced any other meetings with the opposition delegations.

De Mistura pledged to exert huge efforts to push the Syrian talks in Geneva forward.

The Syrian Arab Republic delegation arrived in Geneva on Sunday to participate in the seventh session of the intra-Syrian dialogue, which began its activities earlier on Monday.
