Damascus, SANA – At its 7th session for the fourth ordinary round of the 2nd legislative term, headed by Speaker Hadiyeh Abbas, the People’s Assembly continued on Tuesday discussing amendments to its statute.
As for the bill on imposing a fine on anyone who sells or smuggles tobacco and foreign cigarettes, the Assembly referred the bill for the second time to the Planning and Production Committee to re-study it so that to be later discussed at the Assembly.
