Damascus, SANA- The temperatures will continue to rise to become higher than average in most areas as the country is affected by a superficial low air pressure coming from the south and accompanied
by southwestern air currents in the upper layers
in the atmosphere.
The Meteorology Department expected in its Tuesday bulletin that the weather will be moderate as the skies will be clear to partly cloudy in general and that local rain showers will fall over the coastal mountains in the evening and at night.
The wind will be changeable to southeasterly with a low speed and the sea waves will be low in height.
The expected temperatures in some of the major cities will be as follows: Damascus 20/8, Daraa 21/7, Lattakia 22/10, Aleppo 19/7 and Deir Ezzor 20/8.
