Damascus, SANA – Rainfalls prevailed in different parts of the country, as it is expected to continue during the upcoming 24 hours.
The Meteorology Department expected that the weather will turn into cloudy to partly cloudy and rain showers will continue over different areas, sometimes accompanied with thunder in the coastal and northwestern areas.
Temperatures will be around average.
The biggest amounts of rainfall reached to 12 mm in in Hama, and then 8 mm in the northeastern province of Hasaka.
3 mm of rain fell down in Damascus and its countryside, 0.5 in Sweida, 1 mm in Daraa, 1 mm in Homs, 3 mm in Tartous and 3 mm in Lattakia.
