Damascus, SANA – Dr. Wael al-Halqi received Tuesday a congratulatory cable from Russian Premier Dmitry Medvedev for being tasked with forming new Syrian cabinet, with Medvedev wishing al-Halqi success in this task.
The Russian Premier stressed that moving forward with developing the bilateral cooperation in the commercial, economic, scientific, technical, cultural and humanitarian domains and carrying out the joint projects in the energy, industrial and infrastructure fields is in line with the deep-rooted interests of the two friendly countries and peoples.
