Damascus, SANA- Temperatures remain above average from 2 to 4 degrees in most areas as the country is affected by a high air pressure in all layers of the atmosphere.
The Meteorology Department expected in its Thursday bulletin that the skies will be clear to partly cloudy in general, warning against the formation of frost in the mountains and fog in some inland areas. The winds will be eastern of low speed, while the sea waves will be low in amplitude.
The expected temperatures in some main Syrian cities are as follows: Damascus 16/03, Homs 11/05, Hama 12/06, Lattakia 20/07, Aleppo 12/05 and Deir Ezzor 17/07.
