Damascus, SANA – Temperatures will slightly drop to become around average as the country is affected by a superficial low air pressure accompanied by a northwestern air currents in the upper layers of the atmosphere.
The Meteorology Department expected in its Thursday bulletin that the skies will be clear to partly cloudy in general with chances of local rain showers, warning of frost formation over the mountains and in some inland areas.
The winds will be northeasterly of low speed, and the sea waves will be low in amplitude.
The expected temperatures in some main Syrian cities are as follows: Damascus 15/03, Daraa 15/04, Homs13/0, Hama 11/0, Lattakia 18/09, Aleppo 13/01 and Deir Ezzor 17/03 .
