Aleppo, SANA – Children from the kindergartens of the General Women’s Union in Aleppo painted a mural on the fence of the Union’s branch in Aleppo as a message of peace and love to the people of the city’s eastern neighborhoods.
The children’s mural showed Aleppo Citadel and other landmarks of the city and expressed themes such as patriotism, rebuilding Syria, expelling terrorists, and returning to school to combat ignorance with knowledge.
The event was attended by Tourism Minister Bishr Yazigi, Aleppo Governor Hussein Diab, in addition to members of the Aleppo branches of the General Women’s Union, the Plastic Arts Syndicate, and al-Baath Arab Socialist Party.
Minister Yazigi said this event is a message of love and peace to the people of the eastern neighborhoods of Aleppo and a call for keeping Aleppo unified and rebuilding what was destroyed.
