Damascus, SANA – Temperatures continue to rise to become around average as the country is affected by high air pressure accompanied by northwestern currents in the upper layers of the atmosphere.
The Meteorology Department expected in its Friday bulletin that the skies will be clear to partly cloudy in general.
The winds will be westerly to northwesterly of light speed, and the sea waves will be low in amplitude.
The expected temperatures in the major Syrian cities will be as follows: Damascus 23/09, Daraa 23/09, Homs 21/08, Hama 24/07, Hasaka 19/09, Lattakia 23/11, Aleppo 20/08 and Deir Ezzor 21/10.
