Provinces, SANA -Units of the army and the armed forces on Tuesday continued to launch wide-scaled military operations against dens and positions against the Takfiri terrorist organizations across the country, inflicting heavy losses upon them in the arms and personnel.
Lattakia
Army units, in cooperation with popular defense groups, restored stability and security to Basour valley and Ain al-Ghazal mountain in the northern countryside of Lattakia, a military source told SANA.
Earlier, a military source said that army units, in cooperation with the backing forces, restored security and stability to Balla and Shalaf villages in the province’s northern countryside, with the army eliminating terrorists’ hotbeds and fortifications in the two villages, inflicting heavy losses upon them before many of them fled towards the Syrian-Turkish borders.
The source clarified that engineering units of the army dismantled explosives planted by terrorists to hinder the advance of the army units.
On Monday, army units, in cooperation with popular defense groups, restored stability and security to Rweiset al-Jalta, Ard al-Qarm, Dahret al-Kroum and the Point 665 in Lattakia northern countryside.
Hama, Idleb
Field sources affirmed that the army killed at least 6 terrorists and destroyed their dens in special operations in Lahaya and al-Tamana’a villages in Hama and Idleb countryside.
Homs
Units of the army destroyed dens for ISIS terrorists and vehicles, some of them equipped with heavy machine guns, in Tloul al-Sud, Mintar and Jabal al-Rmeili in Homs south-eastern countryside.
The army units also inflicted heavy losses upon the terrorists in the villages of Rajm al-Qasr, Habra and al-Maqal’e in Tadmur countryside, killing a number of Jabhat al-Nusra terrorists in Talbesah too.
Aleppo
Army units, in cooperation with popular defense groups, restored security and safety to a number of areas in the eastern and northern countryside of the province in operations where fortifications and gatherings of terrorist organizations were destroyed.

This included villages of al-Taybeha and its farms,Kafar Naya, Masqan and Ahress.
Damascus countryside
Units of the army restored security and stability to a number of farms and surrounding points in Tal Farzat to the west of Nashabiyah and a number of farms near al-Blaliyah in eastern Ghouta of Damascus countryside.
Deir Ezzor
The army’s air force destroyed 12 vehicles equipped with heavy machine guns for ISIS terrorists on the axis of al-Jneineh/al-Hisainiyeh in the western countryside of Deir Ezzor, a military source told SANA Tuesday night.
Meanwhile, an army unit thwarted an infiltration attempt for a group of ISIS terrorists to al-Tharda Mountain in the eastern country side of Deir Ezzor, killing a number of terrorists and destroying their arms and equipment.
Quneitra
Army units, in cooperation with popular defense groups, thwarted terrorist organizations’ infiltration and attack attempt towards Kroum Jebba, al-Ajraf and eastern al-Sammadaniya in the countryside of Quneitra.
