Damascus, SANA – Temperatures remain higher than average as the country is being affected by a high air pressure accompanied by a low air pressure in the upper layers of the atmosphere.
The Meteorology Department expected in its Monday bulletin that the weather will be warm between clear to partly cloudy in general.
The Department added that the winds will be eastern of light speed, while the sea waves will be of low amplitude.
The expected temperature in some main Syrian cities are as follows: Damascus 16/05, Daraa 15/05, Homs 14/04, Hama 16/05, Lattakia 20/10, Aleppo 13/03, Hasaka 13/05 and Deir Ezzor 15/06.
