Muscat, SANA, The Omani voters began Sunday casting their votes to elect 85 members who will represent them in the membership of Al Shura Council’s 8th term.
590 candidates including 20 females compete for council membership.
Ballot boxes were opened in various election centers and the voting process began smoothly, which will ensure success of the election process.
