Terrorist bombing in Homs and rocket attacks in Damascus and Aleppo claim 5 lives, injure several

Provinces, SANA- The death toll from the terrorist cab bomb blast that took place in al-Zahraa neighborhood in Homs city earlier on Saturday rose to 4, in addition to 19 injured.

A car with a false license plate went off in front of a pharmacy near al-Muwasalat roundabout in al-Sittin Street in the neighborhood, a source at Homs Governorate told SANA.

Earlier, two civilians were reported killed and 12 others were injured in the attack.

A source at the Health Directorate of Homs said a child injured in the explosion is in very
critical condition.

Meanwhile, a civilian was killed and four others were injured in terrorist attacks that targeted residential neighborhoods in Damascus.

A source in the police command told SANA reporter that five shells fired by terrorists in Joubar neighborhood fell on residential neighborhoods in Damascus, injuring three civilians.

The terrorist attacks also caused material damage to a number of houses, shops and cars, the source added.

Another civilian was shot dead and a fifth was injured when terrorists opened fire in al-Abbasiyeen area near Joubar neighborhood where terrorists are active and target civilians.

Terrorist organizations targeted the Syrian Capital’s neighborhoods on Friday, killing two civilians and injuring eight others.

In Aleppo city, two civilians were injured when terrorists fired an explosive shell at al-Midan neighborhood.

A source at the Aleppo Police Command told SANA that the shell, which was constructed from a cooking gas cylinder, landed near the vegetables market in the neighborhood, injuring two and causing material damage to properties as it destroyed a large part of a building.

The source added that the injured civilians, a man and a woman, were rushed to Al-Razi Hospital.
