Damascus, SANA- The temperatures will remain around average or slightly lower as the country is being affected by an Indian seasonal low pressure accompanied by southwestern air currents in the upper layers of the atmosphere.
The Meteorology Department expected in its Thursday bulletin that the skies will be clear to partly cloudy in general over the northern and the coastal areas and local rain showers are expected over the coastal mountains while the weather will be misty in the eastern, al-Jazeera and al-Badiya “desert” areas.
The expected temperatures in the major Syrian cities will be as follows: Damascus 35/19, Aleppo 36/20, Homs 32/20, Lattakia 32/27 and in Hama 35/22.
The wind will be westerly to northwesterly moderate and the sea waves will be low in height.
Tomorrow, the temperatures will remain around average, while on Saturday the temperatures will rise to become above average in most areas and the skies will be clear in general.
