Moscow, SANA- Chairman of the Russian- Syrian Friendship Association Alexander Dzasokhov called on Sunday the international community to stand by the Syrian government in encountering the terrorist organizations to preserve Syria’s independence, sovereignty and territorial integrity.
Dzasokhov asserted, in statements to SANA reporter Sunday, that the Syrian people, army and leadership are fighting terrorist organizations in favor of the whole world because through facing terrorism, Syria is defending the main bases of the world order.
He added that Syria couldn’t be brought to knees in spite of the large destruction and killing, warning that the entire humanity would lose as a result of targeting the Syrian civilizations and damage wouldn’t only affect Syria but the whole world.
Dzasokhov called on the countries ratifying on the international treaties, on top 1974 treaty concerned with maintaining the historical landmarks away from robbery and destruction, to seize the opportunity of supporting Syria.
Russian people and government lifted the level of concern on the Syrian crisis to a very high one, he clarified, expressing his country’s worry on the Syrian people suffering and calamity due to the acts of killing, destruction and displacement of the terrorist organizations.
Dzasokhov expressed confidence that the Syrian people ability to solve their problems and decide Syria’s destiny without external dictations.
