Varto, SANA Hundreds of Turkish people took to the streets of Varto town in the eastern province of Mush Monday in solidarity with Syrian people in their fight against terrorism and in condemnation of the massacres perpetrated by Erdogan regime-backed takfiri terrorists against the Syrian people, especially in Idleb and Jisr al-Shughour.
Participants in the demonstration, organised by Peoples’ Democratic Party (HDP) in cooperation with a number of popular organizations, expressed belief in Syrian people and state’s resilience in the face of terrorism, calling on the Turkish people to stand by the Syrians to unveil the conspiracies hatched in Ankara against Syria in coordination with the Imperialists and some Arab governments, mainly the Saudi and Qatari ones.
The demonstrators accused Erdogan’s regime of supporting the extremist and terrorist organizations which perpetrate heinous massacres against the Syrian people.
In a relevant context, other Turkish civil society organizations and unions and political parties organized huge masses in Taksim area in Istanbul in solidarity with the Syrian people in confronting Erdogan’s regime-supported terrorism.
