Occupied Jerusalem-SANA-The Palestinian resistance movement Hamas announced today the martyrdom of its political bureau chief Yahya Sinwar during clashes with the Israeli occupation forces in the city of Rafah, south of Gaza.
Senior Hamas official Khalil al-Hayya announced that Commander Yahya Sinwar “embraced martyrdom, never retreating, steadfast until the last moments of his life.”
He made it clear that the martyrdom of Sinwar, along with the movement’s leaders and icons, will only strengthen the movement and resistance, and will increase the determination to continue along their path with greater resolve and resilience.
