Occupied Jerusalem, SANA- A number of Palestinians were martyred and others injured at dawn on Friday in an Israeli occupation aircraft and artillery shelling on Khan Yunis city in the south of the stricken Gaza Strip.
Palestinian media outlets reported that the occupation aircraft shelled a house west of Khan Yunis city, killing 5 and wounding 8 others, including children and women, as well as the occupation artillery also continued its intense shelling in the vicinity of al-Amal Hospital in the center of the city.
Local sources affirmed that the occupation forces fired white phosphorus bombs on the Qaizan al-Najjar area, south of Khan Yunis, and completely blew up residential squares in Bani Suheila town, east of the city. They also carried out intense shelling east of Rafah city, south of the Gaza Strip.
On Thursday, the Palestinian Health Ministry announced that the number of victims from the ongoing Israeli aggression on Gaza Strip for the 104th day has risen to more than 24,600 martyrs and 61,800.
