Cuba strongly condemns Israeli aggression on Damascus International Airport

Havana, SANA- Cuba has strongly condemned the Israeli aggression that targeted Damascus International Airport and put the airport out of service.

“Cuba strongly condemns the repeated attacks carried out by Israel on Syria, especially Damascus Airport,” Cuban Foreign Minister Bruno Rodriguez said in a post on X Platform.

Rodriguez stressed that this aggression constitutes a blatant violation of international law and Syria’s sovereignty”, adding that Israel is carrying out its attacks while certain of its impunity, and this matter must end.

Syrian air defenses repelled an Israeli missile attack on Sunday evening that targeted Damascus International Airport and sites in Damascus countryside, which put the airport out of service.
