Iran, Jordan discuss several issues, including situation in Syria

New York, SANA-  Jordanian Foreign Minister Ayman Safadi discussed with his Iranian counterpart Hussein Amir Abdollahian several issues, including developments in the situation in Syria.

Ammon News Agency reported that, on the sidelines of the UN General Assembly meetings in New York, Al-Safadi and Abdollahian discussed bilateral and regional issues, including the crisis in Syria and Arab and international efforts to resolve it according to the step-for-step policy and Security Council Resolution 2254, in a way that preserves Syria’s unity, security, stability and territorial integrity.
