Zakharova: South Africa’s position shows failure of the West’s attempts to divide the world

Moscow, SANA- The official spokeswoman for the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova, affirmed that South Africa’s stances towards Russia and various issues show the failure of the West’s attempts to divide the world.

Zakharova’s remarks came in an interview with Radio Sputnik on Wednesday.

“The position of my colleague from South Africa is, in my opinion, a historical position. This is not just a principled position of rejection of the pressure that the West without a twinge of conscience is exerting on the African continent. This is a deep look with knowledge of historical realities at everything that happens in the world.” she said.
