Putin awards Syria’ ex-ambassador to Moscow Order of Friendship

Moscow, SANA – Russia’s president Vladimir Putin awarded Syria’s former Ambassador to Moscow Riyadh Haddad the Order of friendship.

Putin issued a decree on Monday awarding Haddad the Order of Friendship for his immense participation in enhancing the Syrian-Russian relations.

Haddad assumed his post as Syria’s ambassador to Moscow since 2011 till 2022.
