Presidential decree on the typical system for job incentives at public institutions

Damascus, SANA-President Bashar al-Assad issued on Saturday Decree No. 252 on the typical system of job incentives for employees at public institutions.

The decree aims to set standards and criteria for granting incentives, bonuses, and rewards according to the form of activity at public sectors in order to raise the level of productivity of public bodies.

The decree also aims to connect the increase in income to raising performance rates and justice by unifying the rates of incentives granted to groups of similar activities in public sectors, maintaining quality of human resources and skills, and attracting and localizing qualified human resources.
