Beach: Presence of US and Turkish occupation forces in Syria a violation of international law

Prague, SANA-The Czech-Moravian Confederation of Trade Unions has affirmed that the foreign forces deployed in Syria illegitimately should leave the country and stop their support for terrorist organizations and the operations of plundering the natural resources of the Syrian people.

“The criminal operations carried out by the US and Turkish occupation forces come within the schemes and agendas to ignite tension in the region”, Executive secretary of the Confederation Martin Beach said in a statement on behalf of the Confederation.

The statement added, “The presence of the US and Turkish occupation forces, is a violation of international law which supports terrorists who commit the most heinous crimes against humanity and this hinders the country’s liberation and reconstruction.”

The statement called for lifting unilateral coercive measures imposed on the Syrian people completely and compensating them for the damages which have resulted from the practices of the US and Turkish occupation forces and their tools of terrorists, stressing the need to prosecute the criminals participating in these acts from both countries.
