Damascus,SANA- Syria and Iran signed on Monday the executive program of the joint memo of understanding signed in Tehran in November 2021 with the aim of enhancing cooperation in the field of higher education and scientific research.
The memo provides for the cooperation of the two parties in the field of exchanging scholarships and study places for the undergraduate and postgraduate levels (Masters and PhD), and organizing joint visits for university students to participate in scientific, cultural, sports and artistic activities.
The two sides will also exchange researchers and professors in the field of medical education to conduct scientific and medical research for higher education institutions, as well as exchange books, scientific periodicals, information, experiences and training in various advanced medical and pharmaceutical specialties.
