Moscow, SANA-Russian President, Vladimir Putin, stressed that the situation in the world food market has deteriorated over the past two years as the West commit mistakes, noting that Western countries try to blame Russia for mistakes in the economic policy of Russia.
Putin, during a government meeting to discuss issues related to the agricultural sector and the food industry in Russia, said that his country “will be more careful about food exports, especially to hostile countries, after Western states imposed various sanctions on it”.
“Russia has to be careful about Food exports in light of food shortage in the world,” Putin added.
He said that the West imposed sanctions at a time when the world witnesses the lowest level of food supplies.
