Tehran, SANA – Iranian Assistant Foreign Minister Hossein Amir Abdullahian asserted in a phone call with Russian Assistant Foreign Minister Mikhail Bogdanov the need to reach a political solution for the crisis in Syria.
The two sides discussed developments in Syria and the proceedings of the inter-Syrian consultative meeting currently being held in Syria, with the two stressing the importance of dialogue and national reconciliation in Syria.
