Syria offers condolences on demise of Lebanese journalist, Samar Al-Hajj

Beirut, SANA- Commissioned by President Bashar al-Assad, Syria’s Ambassador in Beirut, Ali Abdul Karim, offered condolences over demise of Lebanese journalist, Samar Al-Hajj.

Husband of the late media figure, Major General Ali Al-Hajj, former director general of the Lebanese Internal Security Forces, and the family of the deceased thanked President al-Assad for his generous gesture, wishing him good health and  a glorious victory for Syria in the war against terrorism.

The late Samar Al-Hajj, died this morning after suffering from the disease.
