Tehran, SANA – Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif strongly condemned the recent Israeli aggression on al-Amal Farms in Quneitra.
Iranian mass media on Monday quoted Zarif as saying that the continuity of Israeli entity is based on creating crisis and igniting tensions and chaos in the region continually.
In a statement, Media Department at the Ministry pointed out that this heinous terrorist act affirms that the Syria’s war against terrorism is part of confronting the Zionist entity.
The Ministry offered condolences to the families of the martyrs.
In the same context, Iran’s Supreme National Security Council Secretary Ali Shamkhani said that the Israeli terrorist aggression on al-Amal farms is a blatant violation of Syrian sovereignty and is in the framework of the continuing cooperation between Israel and takifiri terrorists.
During his meeting with Iraqi Interior Minister Muhammad Salim on Monday, Shamkhani pointed out that Israel’s aggression on Syria and the American support to terrorist organizations in Iraq and Syria show that the US and Western countries are not serious about combating terrorism.
Earlier on Sunday, an Israeli helicopter fired two rockets from the occupied territories at al-Amal farms in Quneitra, killing six and causing severe injuries to a child.
