Endowment Minister discusses with heads of religious administrations in Russia means of cooperation

Moscow, SANA-Minister of Endowment , Mohamed Abdel-Sattar al-Sayyed, discussed with the heads of religious departments of the Muslims of Russia means of cooperation and coordination between the ministry and religious departments on the sidelines of the activities of the International Forum of Religions held in St. Petersburg, Russia.

During the meeting, minister al-Sayyed briefed participants in the Forum on the Islamic International Center in Damascus, Sham International Islamic Center‎, its programs of learning the imams and preachers to confront the reasons behind terrorism and extremism according to the moderate approach of the clergymen of the Central Levant (Bilad al-sham).

He also listened to proposals of heads of religious administrations and the challenges they face.

The forum, which was launched on Tuesday, discusses the most important religious, social and intellectual issues and the challenges of the Corona pandemic.
