Damascus, SANA- Temperatures continue to rise while remaining slightly below their average, as the country is affected by high air pressure in the upper layers of the atmosphere.
Meteorology Department expected in its Friday bulletin that the skies will be clear to partly cloudy in general, while the weather will be very cold at night over the mountains, warning against formation of ice, frost, and fog in most regions.
The wind will be east to northwesterly between low to moderate speed, and the sea waves will be low in height.
The expected temperatures in some major Syrian cities will be as follows:
Damascus 10/1, Daraa 10/1, Homs 10/-1, Hasaka 10/-2, Tartous 16/6, Aleppo 10/-1, Deir Ezzor 10/-1.
