Damascus, SANA-Temperatures will slightly rise to become around average as the country is affected by a superficial high air pressure accompanied by southwestern air current in the upper layers of the atmosphere.
Meteorology Department expected in its Monday bulletin that the weather will be relatively cold and partly cloudy with some scattered clouds at medium and high altitudes.
At night, the weather will remain cold, warning against frost over the northeastern region and the mountains, and the wind will be easterly to northeasterly with a low to moderate speed, while the sea waves will be low in amplitude.
The expected temperatures in some major cities will be as follows: Damascus 4/14, Daraa 5/15, Homs 2/13, Hasaka13/0, Tartous 12/18, Aleppo 1/13, Idleb 2/13, Deir Ezzor 2/15.
