Damascus, SANA- Temperatures remain below their annual average by about 2 to five degrees as the country is affected by a low air pressure accompanied with cold and wet air mass in the upper layers of the atmosphere.
Meteorology Department expected in its Friday bulletin that the weather will be between cloudy to partly cloudy sometimes, with a weak chance for rain showers over separate areas, warning that fog will form during the night and early morning hours, especially in the mountainous heights and some inland areas.
The wind will be east to northeasterly between light and moderate, areas and al-Jazeera, and the sea waves will be light to average in height.
The expected temperatures in some major Syrian cities will be as follows: Damascus 16/9, Daraa 16/8, Homs 14/7, Hasaka 15/7, Idleb 17/7 and Tartous 19/12.
