Damascus, SANA-The Budget and Accounts’ Committee at the People’s Assembly discussed the investment budget of the Ministry of Finance and its affiliated sides for the year 2021, amounting to about 24.10 billion Syrian pounds.
During the meeting, the chairman and members of the committee called for monitoring spending, searching for new resources, bringing tax evaders to justice, achieving tax fairness, speeding up the amendment of the customs law, raising the daily withdrawal amounts allowed for citizens in public banks, and exempting the families of the martyrs and the injured borrowers from the interest of loans.
