Damascus, SANA- Temperatures will remain from 2 to 3 degrees above average as the country is affected by a superficial low air pressure from the south accompanied by southwestern air currents in upper layers of the atmosphere.
The Meteorology Department expected in its Friday bulletin that the weather will be moderate between clear and partly cloudy in general, with a weak chance of scattered showers of rain, especially in the western areas and al-Qalamoun, and it will be misty in the eastern areas and al-Badia. The weather will be cold at night on the mountains.
The wind will be southwestern of low to moderate in speed, while the sea waves will be low in amplitude.
The expected temperatures in some main Syrian cities are as follows: Damascus 32/18, Homs 30/16, Hasaka 34/13, Lattakia 30/18, Aleppo 30/17 and Deir Ezzor 32/15.
