Cairo, SANA- Egyptian military expert, Major General Tala’at Msalam, affirmed that the October liberation war has embodied the meanings of unity and victory, pointing out that its commemoration every year is scented with the blood of pure martyrs in both Syria and Egypt.
Msalam told SANA correspondent in Cairo that on this eternal occasion, “We send our regards to our brothers and comrades in the Syrian Arab Army, the hero that protects the national soil and the borders of our Arab nation.”
The commander of the 18th Infantry Brigade during the October Liberation War added ” we inspire today the spirit of this memory and this military cooperation during Tishreen liberation war and call for the restoration of the Egyptian-Syrian relations that extend throughout the roots of history.
