A plane carrying 186 Syrians stranded abroad arrives in Damascus Airport from Amman

Damascus, SANA- A plane of the Syrian Airlines carrying 186 Syrian citizens stranded abroad landed at Damascus International Airport on Thursday coming from Jordanian capital of Amman in the framework of the government’s efforts to return those who are stranded abroad, Transport Ministry said in a statement.

This flight is one of three flights on the Syrian Airlines from Jordan, Russia and United Arab Emirates which the Ministry has announced to run between 17 and 21 of the current month.

In 4th of last May, Syrian Airlines started to run flights to evacuate Syrian citizens willing to return from abroad to Syria, according to lists that were registered by Foreign and Expatriates Ministry at the embassies and diplomatic missions.
