European Front for Solidarity with Syria condemns continued attacks by Turkish regime on Syrian territory

Madrid, SANA- The European Front for Solidarity with Syria in Spain has condemned the hostile acts practiced by the Turkish regime in Syria, calling on the international community to shoulder its responsibilities regarding the Turkish barbaric and bullying acts.

In a statement, the Front noted that it rejects the crime committed by the Turkish regime against Hasaka City and its surroundings as it has deprived more than a million persons from water.

The statement also denounced the continued support provided by the US to Qasad “SDF” militias which have stolen the oil and the agricultural products and have pillaged the archeological sites while the international community has remained silent.

In its statement, the Front called on the international community to shoulder its responsibilities regarding the barbaric acts practiced by Turkey for more than nine years throughout the crisis in Syria and to open investigations into these crimes as they are considered as an outrageous violation of all international norms and laws, in addition to starting to prosecute the Turkish regime as one of those who has participated in the terrorist war waged against Syria.

In another statement, the Global Platform against International Wars has condemned the continued hostile practices by the Turkish regime against the Syrian citizens in Hasaka through cutting the water which represents a clear crime and a blatant violation of the international laws and norms and a crime against humanity.

The Platform called on the international community, the Huma Rights Committee at the UN and members of the Party of the European Left to immediately interfere and use all the possible means and powers to stop the Turkish aggression in the region.

The statement also denounced the illegitimate presence of foreign troops, particularly the Turkish and US troops and Qasad “SDF “militias, in addition to the mercenaries of terrorist organizations which are stealing the Syrian oil and pillaging the resources of power which belong to the Syrian people only.
