Moscow, SANA-Moscow has expressed concern over the wide spread of coronavirus among the US soldiers in Syria, holding Washington responsible for the safety of the residents in the areas that come under the US occupation.
“Reports are coming about a rising spread of coronavirus among the American soldiers in Syria, but the US officials don’t announce this,” Spokeswoman of the Russian Foreign Ministry Maria Zakharova said in a press conference through Video.
She reiterated that the US military presence in Syria is illegal, describing it as an occupation.
