Damascus, SANA – The Ministry of Transport informed travelers to Qatar’s capital Doha via Damascus International Airport that flights to and from Doha have been suspended until further notice as part of the preventative measures related to Coronavirus.
In a statement published on its Facebook page, the Ministry said that based upon on the decision of the General Administration of Qatar civil Aviation, the flights will be stopped from and to Doha until further notice, and as a result of that there were no flights to al Doha.
The World Health Organization announced that the number of people who were infected with Coronavirus in Qatar reached 15 persons as of Sunday March 8th.
