Baghdad, SANA-Iraqi defense Minister Najah al-Shummari discussed on Wednesday with Syria’s Ambassador in Baghdad Sattam Jada’an al-Dandah means of developing joint cooperation between Syria and Iraq.
A statement issued by Iraqi defense Ministry said that the two sides discussed cooperation between both countries, particularly combating terrorism and eliminating “sleeper cells.”
Dandah told SANA correspondent in Baghdad that the meeting comes in the framework of bilateral consultation regarding development of joint coordination in the war, both countries are carrying on, against terrorist organizations.
