Daraa, SANA – Syrian Arab Red Crescent (SARC), Daraa Branch, delivered 17 trucks laden with food to the towns of Sayda and al-Noeima in the eastern countryside of Daraa southern province.
Head of the Branch Dr. Ahmad al-Masalma told SANA that a convoy of food aid loading 3500 food baskets and 3500 baskets of flour were delivered to the towns of Sayda and al-Noeima.
Al-Masalma pointed out that the food aid, provided by World Food Program, targets the needy families living in the aforementioned villages.
SARC of Daraa Branch delivered on Wednesday a food convoy containing 2050 baskets to eight towns in the southeastern countryside of the Province.
