Cabinet calls for enhancing investment cooperation through Damascus International Fair

Damascus, SANA – The Cabinet affirmed the need to enhance investment cooperation opportunities and set up projects in the economic, urban development, tourism, infrastructure, and services sectors through communication with the companies participating in the ongoing 60th edition of Damascus International Fair.

These remarks came during the Cabinet’s session held on Sunday and chaired by Prime Minister Imad Khamis.

The Cabinet also discussed two bills related to bolstering cooperation with South Ossetia Republic, including the ratification of the agreement on establishing the Joint Governmental Committee for Economic, Commercial, Scientific, Technical, and Cultural Cooperation and the agreement on the facilitation and development of trade and economic cooperation signed in Damascus on 23/7/2018 between the governments of the Syrian Arab Republic and the Republic of South Ossetia.
